Stanford University is one of my favorite places to photograph, as I’m sure many bay area photographers agree. The gorgeous architecture just can’t be beat! What made this session even more special is that Mom & Dad were married at Stanford Memorial Church so it definitely felt the best choice of location to capture their love for one another and their growing family! Truly playful time we spent together. It was such fun! I was honored to be asked to also capture some classic maternity portraits of Mom as well. I don’t get to do those types of portraits as often as I’d like, so I jumped at the chance. I’m thrilled to be able to give Mom & Dad both playful & fun portraits as well as graceful & beautiful ones. Sure hope they like these sneak peeks! Can’t wait to meet their new little man in a few weeks!
This maternity session was so incredibly fun! Definitely one of those times I felt like pinching myself because I get to do this as my job. Circumstances led us to rescheduling a bit, which happens from time to time in all of our crazy busy lives, but this time I feel it was absolutely serendipitous. The weather at Baker Beach on this day was just stunning and we got the light we wanted, which can be elusive at that famous San Francisco spot! Worth the wait. At least I think so
I hope Mom & Dad to be think so too. It was so wonderful to meet you both and get to know you. I cannot wait to meet your new little man in a few weeks! Enjoy your sneak peeks <3

A. Not at all! It simply means it must be booked before May 15th, but the session can take place anytime before the end of Summer 2012.

A. This sale covers all my family sessions: maternity, newborn, children and family.
It excludes Adult Portraiture / Headshots, as those sessions are priced differently.
Q. SO, HOW MUCH IS A REGULARLY PRICED SESSION?
A. My current session fee is $200 for family/children and $300 for newborns (includes mini-maternity session).

Ella, I think I’m a little obsessed with our sessions. I’ve been photographing you since before you were born (well okay, maybe we couldn’t see you in the maternity session yet, but still) and I have to say I find every single one of our sessions to be filled with joy and smiles and effortless love and emotion. What a beautiful day at a stunning location to document your 1st birthday portraits with you awesome mommy & daddy!
